My account is still visible even after the deactivation.

It takes some time for your account information to be deleted completely from the official League of Legends API. 

Once your account information is deleted from the League of Legends official API, it should no longer be visible, and your account will only appear as ‘del#number’ or ‘random number’ on other players’ summoner pages.
