How do I hide my previous Summoner name(Prev.)?

With the change from Summoner names to the Riot ID system in Patch 13.23, the previously used Summoner name is now also displayed on the Summoner page.

If you do not want your previous Summoner name to be visible to other players, you can use the 'Hide' feature after linking your Riot account.

How do I link my Riot ID?
