Has your tier changed? If so, there may be a delay before the changes are applied to your profile.
You may experience these delays more often during periods when there are frequent tier changes (early or late season). These delays are usually temporary, but if this continues to be an issue for you or is happening more often, tell us your summoner name and server and we’ll look into it.
Q. My win/loss is incorrect.
Your current tier, LP, win/loss rate displayed on your summer page is based on the official League of Legends API.
Sometimes, the API experiences an issue where the win/loss rates of some accounts are displayed incorrectly.
