User accounts show up as 'unknown' in the match history

Occasionally, the user account may appear as '#Unknown' in the match history.

This error usually occurs when PUBG server is unstable or when accounts have never searched on our website.

If your account is registered correctly, please check your match history again when the game server is stable.
