Match history not updating

The match history is updated after each match is over & the 1st place team/player is determined.

Therefore, if you quit the game in the middle of a match, it may, it may take some time to update the score.

Sometimes there may be a temporary update delay in the process of loading the data from the PUBG server or OP.GG, but it'll be updated after some time.
