Champion Enthusiasts ranking criteria

The "Champion Enthusiasts" are ranked in the order in which a specific champion is played the most in ranked games, and usually is for summoners with a solo rank tier of Diamond II or higher.

However, there is not enough diamond (or higher) tier sample data at the beginning of the season, so platinum users are often included in the ranking.
